MANUFACTURING PROCESS:A JOURNEY OF PRECISION

1.RAW MATERIAL SELECTION

2.THERMAL STABILIZATION&SEASONING

3.PRIMARY CUTTING&SQUARING

Using state‑of‑the‑art bridge saws with diamond‑tipped blades and laser‑guided alignment systems,we cut blocks into rough slabs.These slabs are then squared and sized to customer specifications with tolerances held within millimeters at this early stage.

4.REINFORCEMENT&STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

For large‑format plates and structural bases,we integrate internal steel reinforcement systems during fabrication.This patented process embeds high‑tensile steel channels or rebar networks within the granite matrix,dramatically increasing load capacity and resistance to deflection while maintaining granite's natural vibration‑damping properties.

5.PRECISION LAPPING&FINISHING

The heart of our factory is the fully automated,multi‑head lapping line.Operating in a temperature‑controlled clean bay,diamond‑impregnated lapping heads progressively work the granite surface through multiple grit stages—from coarse grinding to micro‑finishing—achieving flatness measured in microns and surface finishes as fine as 2–5µin Ra.This process can take days or weeks depending on plate size and accuracy grade.

6.DRILLING&MACHINING

For plates requiring mounting holes,grid patterns,T‑slots,or special edge profiles,we employ CNC machining centers specifically engineered for granite.Using diamond‑coated tools and high‑pressure coolant systems,we achieve precise,clean geometries without inducing micro‑fractures or thermal stress.

7.ACCREDITED CALIBRATION&CERTIFICATION

Every plate moves directly from production to our on‑site,accredited metrology lab.Here,master‑grade electronic levels,laser interferometers,and CMMs perform comprehensive 3‑D flatness mapping.The data is analyzed by metrologists,and a NIST‑traceable calibration certificate with a detailed contour map is generated.No plate leaves our factory without full certification.

8.FINAL INSPECTION&PACKAGING

A final visual and dimensional inspection ensures perfection.Plates are then carefully cleaned,treated with protective sealant if specified,and packaged in custom‑engineered,climate‑controlled crates using foam‑in‑place cushioning to guarantee safe transit worldwide.
