Platform Anatomy:Engineered for Industrial Durability

1.Monolithic Cast Plate Construction

Material:High-grade,stress-relieved spheroidal graphite cast iron(Grade 300-400)or premium steel plate.

Cast Iron Advantages:Superior vibration damping(6-10x better than steel),exceptional thermal stability,and inherent resistance to warping.

Steel Plate Advantages:Higher tensile strength for extreme point loads,often used in thicker sections.

Ribbed Undercarriage:A deep,box-rib structure beneath the surface provides maximum stiffness-to-weight ratio,preventing deflection under heavy loads.

2.The Precision Grid:Heart of the System

Hole Pattern:Standardized arrays of precision-machined holes.

Metric Standard:16mm diameter holes on a 100mm x 100mm grid.

Imperial Standard:5/8"or 3/4"holes on a 4"x 4"or 2"x 2"grid.

Hole Specification:Holes are reamed,hardened,and ground to a precise H7 tolerance.The hardened interior(45-50 HRC)resists wear from repeated tooling insertion/removal.

Surface Finish:The entire table surface is precision ground to a flatness tolerance typically between±0.05mm to±0.15mm per meter(±0.002"to±0.006"per foot).
