1.Monolithic Cast Plate Construction
Material:High-grade,stress-relieved spheroidal graphite cast iron(Grade 300-400)or premium steel plate.
Cast Iron Advantages:Superior vibration damping(6-10x better than steel),exceptional thermal stability,and inherent resistance to warping.
Steel Plate Advantages:Higher tensile strength for extreme point loads,often used in thicker sections.
Ribbed Undercarriage:A deep,box-rib structure beneath the surface provides maximum stiffness-to-weight ratio,preventing deflection under heavy loads.
