Core Construction&Design

Corrugated Inner Core:

Annular(Concentric)Corrugation:The most common type for single braid hoses.Provides good pressure rating,flexibility,and a relatively smooth bore for flow efficiency.

Material:Typically 304 or 316 stainless steel,offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability.

Function:Creates the flexible,leak-tight path for the media while absorbing multi-directional movement.

Single Wire Braid Reinforcement:

Construction:A single layer of interwoven stainless steel wires(usually of the same or similar alloy as the core)applied over the corrugated tube.

Primary Functions:

Pressure Reinforcement:Significantly increases the burst pressure rating of the hose compared to an unbraided core.

Mechanical Protection:Shields the delicate corrugations from abrasion,crushing,and external impact.

Restraint:Limits axial elongation and compression under pressure,helping to maintain hose geometry.
